Athlete Training
Youth Training (Under 13)
Designed to introduce younger athletes to strength and athletic development in a safe and supportive environment. Sessions focus on movement fundamentals, coordination, and building a foundation that prepares athletes for more structured training as they continue to develop.
Performance Training (8th grade and up)
Training becomes more structured and progressive, with an emphasis on building strength, improving movement quality, and developing increasing levels of power over time. Younger athletes begin by learning the fundamentals and building competency in the weight room. Older athletes gradually transition toward a more collegiate-style strength and conditioning program as they advance through high school, preparing them for the next level.
1 on 1 Training
Athletes
This option is ideal for athletes who want more individualized attention or who want to build confidence and foundational skills before joining group training. It also can be great for athletes coming off of an injury who need a more controlled, 1-on-1, setting in their early rehab.
Adults
Training begins with a consultation to understand each client’s goals, training background, and current fitness level. All programs are designed to help clients build strength, improve movement, and work toward specific performance or fitness goals.
Older Adult Strength Training
Focused on building strength, improving mobility, and supporting long-term health and longevity. Training emphasizes joint health, balance, muscular strength, and maintaining independence as we age. Programs are designed to improve movement, reduce fall risk, and help clients stay active and capable in everyday life.
The goal is to invest in strength and movement today so it continues to pay dividends later in life—helping clients stay active, independent, and confident well into their 60s, 70s, and beyond.
Return to Sport & Activity (after injury or PT)
Designed for individuals transitioning from physical therapy or recovering from injury. Emphasis on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and confidently returning to full activity. The goal is to help individuals and athletes rebuild strength, movement confidence, and overall physical capacity.
